IS THERE CUSTOMIZATION?

We’re here to help you celebrate! While the items included in each package are set, the theme and color scheme are limitless. We will work with you on making your ideal party come to life. Choose your colors, theme, and overall look for your special event!

HOW DO WE GET ACCESS TO DECORATE?

If you are renting an Airbnb or hotel you will send us the check-in instructions and we will arrive right before check-in! Depending on the package we will need around 1-3 hours to set everything up. You don't need to be there when we arrive either! You can come in and drop your stuff off while we work also if that’s easier! If you can gain early access to your lodging and let us know that’s even better!

HOW DOES THE BOUGIE BACH! PACKAGE WORK?

We will work with you to create a theme for your party. This will include custom signs and decor to match your vision. You will decide what day you want your FULL SEND! Mimosa Bar and we will set up for you on that given day. Everything included in the package is set for 10 people. When booking you choose the package. There will be an add-on for an additional person. However, it only gives you the option once so in the comments please put the total number in the party. This is so we can ensure you have enough of everything for your party! If you don’t think you will need extra items don’t worry about adding on another person!

HOW DOES THE MIMOSA BAR WORK?

Choose between the CHEERS BACH! or FULL SEND! option. We will work on creating a custom setup for arrival! Don’t want it when you arrive? We can come whenever you like and set up quickly for when you are ready. Don’t feel like a mimosa bar? We can work with you to create a cocktail bar with different options in mixers and overall theme. *Please note that NO alcohol is provided unless ordered through STOCK THE FRIDGE! or brought on your arrival.

HOW DOES STOCK THE FRIDGE WORK?

You will pay the flat fee for us and our delivery team to get your groceries and then stock the fridge and pantry. That way you can arrive and be ready to party! However, the price of groceries is not included in that. Before your arrival, you will send us a list of groceries (snacks, drinks, breakfast food, etc.) and we will shop for you the day before and stock your place the day of!

WHAT ABOUT ADD-ONS?

When checking out you will have the option to add on to your package. Each package is customizable with the add-ons. For services that require a certain amount (ie: HELP ME BACH! Kits or additional guests) there will only be an option to add one to your cart. In the comments please write how many you need and we will add that to your event.

WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT?

When you go to schedule your party you will choose your package and any add-ons. At checkout, you will pay a 50% deposit, and then two weeks before your trip, you will be charged the remaining 50%. This is so we can gather everything we need to make your party amazing in plenty of time! If you're a real go-getter you are also able to pay fully at checkout as well. *Please note, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. As soon as the party is booked we work on ordering everything and are unable to return products. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to us so we can see how to help!

BIRTHDAY OR THEMED PARTY?

We can customize a package offered but change the theme for your birthday! Again you have customization on colors themes and the overall look you want! Have another party idea in mind? We will work with you and your budget to throw one hell of a good time. Message us to get started on planning your dream event!

HOW DOES THE CLEAN-UP SERVICE WORK?

When you purchase the clean-up and takedown package we will come before checkout and remove all decorations placed by us. All balloons will be taken down and popped. Any other party supplies will be discarded. *This does not include cleaning of rental space. ONLY the decor that HEY BACH! placed. If you want to clean yourself we will come by and collect any rentals that were used after (neon sign, backdrop, lights, etc.)
